Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HCW Data App (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms govern your use of the App and constitute the entire agreement between you and HCW Data App. We may update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates on the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Services Provided
The HCW Data App is a data analytics and dashboard service designed for Shopee sellers. The App connects to your Shopee seller account through Shopee’s official API to retrieve sales, orders, and product data. Key features include:
Data Analysis: Analysis of your sales, orders, inventory, and product performance metrics.
Interactive Dashboards: Dashboards and charts that visualize your store’s key performance indicators and trends.
Reporting Tools: Features that allow you to compare metrics over time and export data to help optimize your sales and inventory strategies.
User Responsibilities
Account Connection: You must authorize and maintain the connection between your Shopee seller account and the App by granting the necessary API permissions. Without proper authorization, the App will not be able to retrieve your data.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information provided to the App. The App does not modify or verify your underlying Shopee data.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your Shopee account credentials secure. Do not share your login information with others. The HCW Data App will never ask for your Shopee password outside of Shopee’s official authorization process.
Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopee’s terms of service. You must not use the App for any unauthorized, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
Limitations of Liability
No Warranty: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty. HCW Data App does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCW Data App and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of business opportunities, or any other financial loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Third-Party Services: The App relies on Shopee’s API and data. HCW Data App is not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or changes in Shopee’s platform or API that may affect the App. We also do not endorse or guarantee any Shopee content, products, or services.
User Decisions: Any decisions or actions you take based on the App’s data are your sole responsibility. HCW Data App disclaims any liability for the results of decisions made using the App’s analysis or reports.
Disconnection and Termination
User-Initiated Disconnection: You may disconnect or revoke the App’s access to your Shopee account at any time through the App’s settings or by contacting our support team.
Data Deletion: Upon disconnection or termination of your account, all data retrieved from your Shopee account will be deleted from our servers in accordance with our data protection policies. You may also request deletion of your account and data at any time, and we will comply promptly.
Service Termination: HCW Data App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, but any accrued obligations and liabilities will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the HCW Data App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam.
